Assumpta Ingabire
Assumpta Ingabire ay Rwandan babaeng politiko, na nagsisilbing Ministro ng Estado, na namamahala sa Social Affairs sa Ministri ng Lokal na Pamahalaan ng Rwanda. Bago ang kanyang appointment, magkasunod siyang nagsilbi bilang isang Permanenteng kalihim sa Ministry of Gender and Family Planning, at permanenteng Kalihim sa Ministry of Local Government of Rwanda.

In few words, it is meant to give equal opportunities to all children, women and men. If it is a school, everyone participates, if it’s a competition everyone comes, everyone has rights.
